About Me
Diana came to yoga as a triathlete wanting to avoid injury, and improve her flexibility. She began practicing yoga faithfully in 2010, and it was through her daily practice that she was introduced to the benefits that exceeded her expectations.
Yoga brought her not only flexibility, but also strength, endurance, balance, acceptance, as well as a new path to self- discovery. She is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 700 hours. Chakra Yoga (RYT) 45 hours. Certified in Pilates, Piyo, and group fitness.

The most wonderful thing about seeking out private instruction is that the time is dedicated to what you need. Invest in your health and well-being to create a shift in both your mind and body, it's the perfect opportunity to help you to see yourself on a different level, to go deeper to the place where your spirit shines.

Sport Second-specific yoga with Diana offers an all levels training practice designed for preteens, teens, and college level athletes to prepare their bodies and minds for peak performance and athletic endeavors.
