The most wonderful thing about seeking out private instruction is that the time is dedicated to what you need. Invest in your health and well-being to create a shift in both your mind and body, it's the perfect opportunity to help you to see yourself on a different level, to go deeper to the place where your spirit shines. Reiki Attunement Sessions

Reiki Attunement Sessions

During a Reiki healing session your natural healing process is sped up. It helps to release blockages and balances the flow of energy. A complete treatment covers all the major energy centers in the body. These sessions may be done sitting in a chair or lying on a table. Sessions can range from 30 minutes to one hour - Wear comfortable clothing. Appointments can be held at my studio, or in the comfort of your home.

Level up your teams training for maximal performance, optimal mindset, and benefits that carry over into all aspects of life.

Sport specific yoga with Diana offers an all levels training practice designed for preteens, teens, and college level athletes to prepare their bodies and minds for peak performance and athletic endeavors. These sessions focus on both the physical aspects of strength, flexibility, core work, endurance, and injury prevention to compliment training and competition; as well as mindfulness, performance visualization, breath training for relaxation and body awareness.

Every day, as people, we can face any number of things that weigh us down or hold us back. Self -doubt, low self- esteem, confidence, anxiety, poor body image, relationship issues, loneliness, uncertainty about what direction to go in life and the list goes on. I provide one-on-one coaching programs to help support you in the area you need to get back to a thriving life.

It didn’t take long for me to realize I had found my studio home at Sacred Spaces.   Taking classes with Diana is consistently an uplifting and engaging experience. I’ve learned a lot from her. I’ve dug deep when a pose or entire practice pushed me out of my comfort zone. But I’ve always felt in good hands with the guidance and suggested modifications. Which ever class you take, the focus and/or series change often enough to keep classes feeling fresh and engaging. Diana genuinely cares about your experience and the other participants are friendly and accepting. An added bonus- the studio is decorated with wonderful pottery. I walked into my first yoga class not knowing what to expect.  I wasn’t one to exercise on a regular basis if at all, but I had always wanted to try yoga.  When I attended my first class I was nervous, but was quickly greeted with friendly welcoming faces.  Everyone was chatting before class and you could tell it was an open welcoming place.  I felt open to ask questions about poses with Diana, and other classmates. After about a year of basic yoga, I felt I could handle a new challenge and started going to the morning yoga flow classes as well.  Diana is so easy to follow and explains all the new moves which sets anyone up for success.  I walked in nervous and years later have not only grown stronger physically, but also mentally.  I have also built such a strong bond with my yogi friends and feel like we have a special community.  I cannot express what a difference this yoga class has made in my life.  Overall, I feel like I have grown within myself more than I ever thought possible.  Diana is the most patient, kind, wonderful human, friend and the best teacher.  I can’t thank her enough for the growth and strength I have gained.  Would highly recommend any class she teaches.

I have been going to the Secret spaces yoga and Pilates studio now for almost 4 years and love every class Diana offers. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable on the mat no matter what level you are at.
